Privacy
Pre-launch version. InterviewLoom is not yet open to users.
What we collect right now
Only what you type into the early-access form: your email address, and optionally the company and role you’re interviewing for. That’s the entire dataset today. There is no account system, no resume upload, and no tracking or advertising pixels on this site.
Why we collect it
The email is used to tell you when InterviewLoom opens. The company and role, if you give them, tell us which interviews to support first. We don’t sell this data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything else.
Where it’s stored
In a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon), accessed only by the application. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard web request logs.
Deletion
Email hello@interviewloom.com and we’ll delete your record. No hoops, no retention arguments.
What changes at launch
The product will handle genuinely sensitive material — resumes, career history, interview transcripts. Before any of that opens up, this page will be replaced with a full policy covering retention periods, which AI vendors receive which content, and self-serve account deletion. We’ll email everyone on this list when that happens.
